Welcome to Tall Order Junk Removal LLC. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Services Provided

Tall Order Junk Removal LLC offers junk removal, bulk trash hauling, and dumpster enclosure cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. We do not handle hazardous materials, chemicals, or other restricted items (see Section 4).

2. Booking & Scheduling

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Estimated arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, and job duration.

• Customers must provide accurate details about the job scope to ensure proper service allocation.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is based on volume, labor, and disposal fees.

• Additional charges may apply for oversized, excessive, or misrepresented loads.

• Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

4. Items We Do Not Accept

We DO NOT remove or dispose of the following:
❌ Live animals
❌ Pressurized tanks (propane, oxygen)
❌ Flammable materials or explosives
❌ Liquids (oil, fuel, chemicals)
❌ Heavy demolition debris beyond standard construction materials

5. Access & Jobsite Conditions

• The customer must ensure safe access to the junk removal area.

• Jobs requiring staircases, elevators, or additional labor may be subject to additional fees.

• We are not responsible for damages to driveways, lawns, or property if we are given permission to enter a specific area.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• If we arrive and cannot complete the job due to inaccessible property or undisclosed job conditions, a service fee may apply.

7. Liability & Damage Waiver

• We take every precaution to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or damages caused during junk removal due to fragile structures.

• Customers must notify us in advance of any delicate areas or potential hazards.

8. After-Hours & Emergency Service Fees

• Services requested outside regular business hours may be subject to an after-hours surcharge.

• Emergency or same-day requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.

9. Customer Satisfaction

• If you have any concerns about your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address them promptly.

10. Changes to These Terms

Tall Order Junk Removal LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
