These Terms & Conditions outline the services, limitations, and responsibilities of Tall Order Junk Removal. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

We specialize in:

• Junk removal & hauling (residential, commercial, rental properties)
  
  

• Property cleanouts (evictions, hoarder homes, estate cleanouts)
  
  

• Soft demo (non-structural demolition including carpet, cabinets, drywall, bathrooms, etc.)
  
  

• Appliance & furniture removal
  
  

• Yard waste & debris removal (must be piled or bagged)
  
  

• Dumpster enclosure cleaning & maintenance
  
  

• Commercial debris hauling
  
  

📌 Note: We do not provide landscaping, handyman services, or packing/organizing of items.

2. Pricing & Quotes

• All quotes are based on volume, weight, accessibility, and disposal fees.
  
  

• Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before work begins.
  
  

• Prices include labor, dump fees, and applicable sales tax.
  
  

• Extra charges may apply for hazardous materials, excessive weight, or special disposal requirements.
  
  

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise arranged.
  
  

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
  
  

• Unpaid invoices are subject to late fees or collections.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure clear access to the work area and removal paths.
  
  

• Disclose any hazardous materials (paint, oils, chemicals, asbestos, etc.) before booking.
  
  

• Remove valuables or personal items prior to our arrival.
  
  

• For rental/tenant cleanouts, ensure property entry is arranged (keys, codes, etc.).
  
  

5. Limitations of Service

• Soft demo is limited to non-structural removal. We do not alter load-bearing structures, plumbing, or electrical systems.
  
  

• We do not haul certain hazardous items (e.g., asbestos, propane tanks, fuel, medical waste).
  
  

• While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing property damage (walls, flooring, etc.) exposed during removal.
  
  

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Jobs may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or site conditions.
  
  

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled job may incur a fee.
  
  

7. Equipment Use

• Standard hauling is done with our 7x14 dump trailer (approx. 12–14 cubic yards, 4,000–5,000 lbs capacity).
  
  

• Larger projects may require a roll-off dumpster, which we will schedule and load.
  
  

• Client assumes responsibility for providing adequate space for trailers/dumpsters.
  
  

8. Eco-Friendly Practices

We recycle and donate usable items whenever possible to reduce landfill waste.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Tall Order Junk Removal is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by items breaking apart due to age or condition.
  
  

• Damages resulting from undisclosed hazardous materials.
  
  

• Loss of personal or sentimental items not removed by the client before service.
